Sanctuary Home Care is accredited with social services departments and they are members of the United Kingdom Home Care Association (UKHCA).

They employ highly trained staff, who are able to deliver a wide range of care and support services, designed to meet the individual needs of service users.
They provide care and support to Extra Care and Sheltered Housing developments, as well as services on behalf of local Social Services departments, Primary Care Trusts, the NHS and of course private service users.

As well as provision of personal care and support, they also provide rehabilitation and rapid response services, intermediate care services as well as enabling and respite care and other more specialist services.

Their service users groups include children and their families, people with learning or physical disability, the elderly as well as those with more specialist requirements.

They hold Caring for the Elderly Information Evenings at all of their homes, where people with an interest in caring for the elderly have the opportunity to come along and share ideas, listen to guest speakers and find out more about the support available to them.

They provide homes for adults aged 18 to 65 years with a wide range of learning disabilities. Their dedicated and highly trained staff is on hand 24 hours a day and pride themselves on helping their residents to live as independently as possible, respecting privacy and promoting dignity and choice.
